Job Summary
Specialist II, Service Operations CKM supports service administration activities for preventive maintenance, spare parts coordination, and data reporting to keep semiconductor fabrication operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include coordinating CKM activities and checklists, ensuring accurate PM activity reporting and data sharing with internal teams and external vendors, submitting purchase requests and tracking PO issuance, monitoring PM activity closure and time charging, handling recycling and IQC feedback, managing on-hold kits with VE/Sales teams, tracking W order compensation and cherry parts control, confirming spare part availability and escalating shortages, supporting customer PM forecasting and coordination with clean vendors during peak demand, reconciling vendor stock reporting, and executing assigned tasks with timely reporting of improvements. Strong organizational/detail orientation, ERP/SAP experience, Excel proficiency, and professional English communication are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply chain, or related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of service administration operations or logistics in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in task follow-up and reporting
- Business-level English communication skills for workplace interactions and written correspondence
- Prior experience in an administrative support, logistics or supply chain coordination role within the semiconductor environment
- Experience using SAP ERP system
