Job Summary
Own and manage the end-to-end Order to Delivery (OTD) process across ASM entities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Logistics, and global teams to ensure revenue, bookings, and shipments are accurate. Forecast activities for system and retrofit orders, identify potential execution issues from forecast data, and work with Account Managers to implement solutions. Prepare and communicate bookings and shipment status to customers and internal stakeholders; support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities; ensure booking and revenue entries are complete and compliant with corporate policies and required approvals. Assist with capacity planning related to customer forecasts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and ~2 years of relevant experience; proficiency with SAP S/4 Hana and Salesforce forecasting; strong data analysis, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order management, sales operations, or similar role within semiconductor equipment or high-tech equipment manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash or order-to-delivery processes
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Cross-functional and global collaboration
- Clear and professional English communication
- Proficiency with SAP S/4 Hana ERP systems and Salesforce forecasting system
