Job Summary
Monitor POD transactions and update invoice records in the D365 system, ensuring POD documents are complete and validated before tagging invoices as Ready for Collection. Coordinate with Logistics teams, branches (notably Bicol and Baguio), and warehouses to support delivery schedules and document follow-ups; maintain organized POD and related documents; assist with sales order management and other logistics administrative tasks; communicate delivery concerns and ensure accurate reconciliation of Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Packing Lists with the OAC team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in sales order management, logistics coordination, or administrative support; proficiency with Excel and familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems; strong attention to detail and effective communication and coordination skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2-3 years work experience in sales order management, logistics coordination, invoicing, or administrative support
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
