Responsible for the daily operations of the Sample Management Services Department. Classify, identify, package, mark, document, and ship items; liaise with clients to ensure clear understanding of requirements; monitor departmental emails and respond; perform warehouse duties including handling products, setup/breakdown, mixing, blending, transferring, cleaning, and organizing; inspect/maintain/operate equipment including forklifts; facilitate pickup and delivery of items around the Houston area with proper documentation; inventory products and supplies weekly to prevent delays; perform other duties to meet departmental objectives; requires ability to prioritize workload, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, safety consciousness, and basic math for conversions.
