Job Summary
Conduct warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and logistics shipping. Execute SAP transactions for goods receipts and issues, perform GMP order kitting from pick lists, and manage cycle counts. Replenish point-of-use racks daily, coordinate shipments, and pack out materials while accessing vendor certificates of analysis. Operate pallet jacks to move GMP and non-GMP materials between storage and docks. Provide loading dock coverage for deliveries and shipments, cross-train with team members for backup, and maintain high communication with internal and external customers. Carry on-call phone per schedule and work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience
- ERP / Computer Based Inventory Systems experience
- SAP EWM
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Detail oriented
