Job Summary
Manage Oracle logistics module (EBS) data, track inventory levels, and process orders as the main point of contact for the global team. Act as the primary liaison for system issues, collaborating with vendors and IT to resolve operational problems and ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings are completed by operations. Support weekly and year-end cycle counts to maintain data integrity. This role is part of a 24-month engagement focused on system administration and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle logistics module (EBS) experience
- Ability to manage data and track inventory levels
- Ability to process orders
- Experience acting as main point of contact for global team
- Ability to work with vendors or IT to solve operational problems
- Experience ensuring month end/quarter/year end closing is closed by operations
- Experience with weekly cycle count
- Experience with year end cycle count
