Specialist I, Experiential Learning Placement

Job Summary
Specialist I, EL Placements supports learners and sites with onboarding and compliance tasks, manages placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures, assists learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting placement deadlines, provides real-time guidance on site requirements and rotation preparations, monitors site communications and keeps learners updated on placement confirmations, collaborates with Specialist III to align on learner needs and site communications, completes pre- and post-semester projects and ongoing tasks, maintains accurate records in CRMs and other systems, participates in cross-functional meetings to support Academic Operations, and supports program milestones. Requires an associate degree (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; and willingness to attend New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah with travel/Lodging covered. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or completion of equivalent certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations
- Professional communication and correspondence skills
- Experience providing high-quality customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Background check and drug screen—employment contingent
