Job Summary
Provide frontline customer support for Fluid and Motion Control US trade operations via calls and emails. Responsibilities include analyzing, qualifying, and completing change order requests; entering data, orders, and items into the Business System for special/replacement orders; escalating expedite orders and quote requests; answering calls and emails within specified turnaround times; attending cross-functional meetings to discuss operations and issues; acknowledging customer complaints and delivering solutions; and daily productivity logging. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6 months of relevant customer-support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, plus strong communication and typing skills. Preferred: Salesforce experience. This role is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines with hybrid work expectations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- 6 months of relevant experience in customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
