Job Summary
Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within vegetation and flowering rooms while monitoring plant health. Follow all applicable policies, including the safe operation of machinery and instrumentation. Work as a team to meet production schedules and practice good housekeeping habits, including mopping floors, sanitizing workspaces, and sweeping. Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management. Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program. Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day. Schedule: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday (Alternating 5th Weekend).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
- Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work as a team player
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a Federal background check
- Must be willing and able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Desired Qualifications
- Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
