Requires understanding of study protocols, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and effective donor communications; emphasizes compassionate donor engagement, data validity, and end-to-end scheduling and logistics for specimen collections.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a life science or related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a project management/operations coordinator role
  • Proficient in general software tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with donor coordination or HIPAA-regulated environment (preferred)
