Job Summary
Specialist, HR Operating Office responsible for managing, prioritizing, and delivering key projects and tasks across HR operating areas globally and in markets accelerating HR transformation and efficiency. Facilitates working sessions to design improvement and change solutions, gathering key stakeholders from HR and the company. Helps embed changes in standard processes and systems, maintaining documentation and KPIs to drive effectiveness and efficiency. Advises stakeholders on key solutions and best practices across operating model, organizational design, technology, change management, and project management to ensure successful HR improvements. Develops collaborative working relationships with HR team members and other stakeholders to support transformation and continuous HR improvement.
