Job Summary
Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting on headcount, vacancies, turnover, and organizational structure. Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products to translate data into actionable recommendations. Analyze trends, variances, and risks to communicate changes and required actions, while validating data from multiple sources and resolving quality issues. Connect findings to broader business considerations like cost, capacity, and retention, ensuring compliance with privacy and governance requirements. Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations to support workforce planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with at least one business-intelligence platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple data sources
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into reports, dashboards, measures, and analytical solutions
- Strong data-storytelling skills, including the ability to explain findings, implications, and recommended actions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and governance
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive employee information
- Experience developing executive or senior-leadership dashboards and analytical narratives
- Experience with Power Query, DAX, data models, reporting automation, workforce planning, forecasting, retention, or workforce-cost analysis
- Experience working in a large, complex, unionized, regulated, or multinational organization
