Job Summary
Drive continuous improvement across ground operations processes, including passenger-related services, operations planning, and operational projects. Collaborate with airport authorities and Scoot HQ to oversee forward planning initiatives and manage multiple projects from initiation through stabilization, such as Scoot Operations at Terminal 5. Work cross-functionally with stations and the HUB team to ensure implementation support and post-implementation handovers. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for projects while conducting high-frequency inspections and station audits in preparation for CAAS/Foreign CAA regulatory reviews. Prepare audit reports and liaise with ground handling agents on findings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Airport Operations experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and discipline to function independently
- Focus on achieving planned objectives
- Quick to adopt and adapt to a dynamic working environment
