Job Summary
Prepare and support the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal and negotiate selected rates into the Forward Pricing Rate Agreement. Maintain cost accounting practices for business units and home office, develop and analyze actual rates versus the FPRP/FPRA, and submit the annual Incurred Cost Submission. Interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency regarding forward pricing rates, billing rates, incurred costs, and related audits. This role supports the Government Accounting and Controls team, which facilitates business with the U.S. Government through regular interaction with finance networks and oversight agency representatives.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree
- minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- minimum 3 years of experience (for candidates with Advanced Degree)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Analytical skills with the ability to effectively summarize analyses and communicate at various levels
- Experience balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within a given timeframe
- Experience supporting both internal and external audits
- Experience with Microsoft Access, SAP Hyperion and/or OneStream
- Familiarity with relevant Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) cost principles
- Prior association / interaction with DCAA and DCMA
