Job Summary
Deliver personalized service and drive golf sales through product knowledge; assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject-matter expert in designated store processes; maintain high productivity through effective execution; uphold merchandising and presentation standards; promote customer participation in loyalty, warranty, and private label programs; ensure a welcoming, respectful store environment and adherence to safety and loss-prevention procedures.
Required Qualifications
