Job Summary
Deliver personalized service by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and providing clear, accurate product information. Anticipate customer requirements to actively drive sales through recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices and key operational processes. Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories while maintaining floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation standards. Promote customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales, ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged throughout their visit.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
