Job Summary
Specialist in Global HR Services responsible for delivering core HR processes across global locations via Workday HRIS, including Hire-to-Retire workflows. Provides specialist support for Workday business process workflows, manages employee data workflows, responds to employee inquiries through case management, and advises end users on HR services and tools. Contributes to digital transformation, process enablement, automation, and ongoing audits to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Requires collaboration with regional HR teams, strong English communication, and familiarity with HRIS platforms; Portuguese proficiency is an added advantage. Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in office) with option for work-from-anywhere periods up to 8 weeks per year in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous HR Services experience with strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday HRIS
- Proficiency in HRIS applications and case management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity and ability to handle sensitive data
- People centric approach with strong inclination towards stakeholder management
- Working in Teams, collaborate with stakeholders across geographies
