Job Summary
Specialist GIAC Insights within TD Insurance's Data, Analysis & Insights team responsible for analyzing call center performance, linking customer interactions to transactions, building forecasting models for call volumes and Average Handling Time (AHT), delivering dashboards and executive-ready outputs using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, and collaborating with operations to translate insights into actionable operational and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Finance, IT, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, or statistics
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
