Job Summary
Monitor the lifecycle of transfers within the Transfers Origination Automation System (TOA) to ensure timely settlements and downstream system updates. Coordinate with custodians, portfolio managers, and internal teams including Market Risk Management and Treasury for accurate reconciliations between TOA and internal accounting records. Perform daily cash and asset transfer reconciliations, validate "Trust" portfolios, and deliver notifications for non-North American custody accounts. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain preferences for in-kind or cash transfers and provide recommendations on best practices and cost considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a securities or investment operations environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams and cultures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps Automation tools (VBA,robotics) or machine learning
- Experience with transfer operations, custodial coordination, or investment accounting
- Exposure to cash and asset reconciliation processes
- Strong understanding of investment products and operational workflows
- Ability to recommend process enhancements and ensure operational accuracy
