Job Summary
Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II conducts accounting services for assigned clients and moderately complex funds including NAV calculations, fund performance, and expense allocation; drafts reports for clients and reviews junior staff work. Responsibilities include cash and asset reconciliations for intricate accounts, escalating atypical transactions to senior team members, and interacting with clients to answer questions about fund reports and processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to team objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3-5 years of experience; Big 4 experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
