Job Summary
Greet and establish rapport with youth entering the drop-in center, developing trusting relationships to foster engagement and support individual growth. Provide one-on-one contact to evaluate needs, address challenges, and celebrate successes while promoting the activity calendar and facilitating various programs at the center. Transport youth to appointments and activities as needed and effectively communicate with external providers to maintain community collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation for tracking and reporting. This role requires Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a valid PA driver's license, and regular travel to youth homes and the Main Campus in McKeesport.
Required Qualifications
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- High school diploma/GED
- one year of experience working with youth
- Valid PA driver's license
- vehicle

- ability to travel to youth homes and throughout the community
- ability to work varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays
