Job Summary
Specialist in Front Office Solutions responsible for delivering detailed investment data sets to institutional clients, including transactions, valuations, cash movement, reconciliations, and performance-related analyses. Acts as daily client contact, handles ad hoc client requests, validates valuations, delivers data analysis and reporting, and leads monthly client sign-off meetings on NAV, allocation, and performance. Supports onboarding, project planning, and continuous process improvement, with emphasis on accurate data capture (IBOR/ABOR/TrueNAV) and adherence to client SLDs. Requires strong communication with clients, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment with a focus on data-driven investment operations across complex asset ownership.
