Job Summary
Finance FP&A Specialist in Bangalore focused on delivering actionable analytics and reporting. Collaborate with global teams to develop, consolidate and present qualitative and quantitative analyses; produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on Orders, Sales, Gross Margin and OPEX; build forecasts and participate in budgets; standardize key operational metrics and reports; monitor KPIs such as AR, DSO, DIO, and cash flow; provide ad hoc analyses and drive process automation and digitization. Requires CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 2-4 years FP&A experience; strong analytical dexterity; advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
