Job Summary
Specialist - Forwarding Finance at DP World Global Service Centre focuses on global intercompany reconciliation, netting and settlement for Freight Forwarding entities. The role coordinates with Global Finance teams, Regional Controllers, and operations to ensure accurate reconciliations, timely resolution of mismatches, and audit readiness. Responsibilities include performing monthly reconciliations across global entities using Oracle/SAP, managing intercompany netting and settlement, tracking KPIs, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and driving process improvements and standardization. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) are required, along with effective communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Inter Company Reconciliation for Global operation or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems (e.g. Oracle)
