Job Summary
Coordinate customer and subsidiary orders for Dry Gas Seals, ensuring on-time delivery and managing schedule deviations through proactive communication. Plan, manage, and monitor assembly orders at the customer level, including test bench planning and third-party inspections. Prioritize and control assembly lines while collaborating with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics to optimize manufacturing processes. Maintain close alignment with all relevant departments to drive project progress.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic), with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or industrial foreman
- Experience in technical project management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Good technical understanding and interest in technical processes
- Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
- Confident professional manner
- Team-oriented, assertive, reliable, and resilient
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the field of mechanical seals (preferably DGS)
