Job Summary
Specialist for Seal Order Planning DGS coordinates order processing and schedule coordination to ensure on-time delivery of Dry Gas Seals orders/projects; communicates delivery status and deviations, plans and monitors assembly orders and lines (including test bench planning and customer acceptance), prioritizes and coordinates orders with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics, and contributes to optimization of manufacturing and assembly planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic), with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or industrial foreman
- Experience in technical project management
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Good technical understanding of mechanical seals (advantageous: DGS)
- Independent, structured, and conscientious work style; team-oriented and reliable
