Job Summary
Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs and deliver clear, accurate product information while anticipating requirements to drive sales through recommendations. Execute stockroom operations including shoe running and delivery to the sales floor to ensure product availability and efficient department execution. Serve as a subject matter expert for onboarding new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and operational processes. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage, and inventory presentation requirements while promoting customer participation in loyalty programs. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to maintain a respectful store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
