Specialist Footwear

Specialist – Apparel at DICK’S Sporting Goods focuses on delivering an outstanding athlete experience through proactive engagement, understanding customer needs, and providing product knowledge across apparel and footwear. The role combines merchandise expertise with strong customer service to drive sales, supports onboarding and training of new and existing team members, serves as a subject-matter expert in designated process categories, upholds merchandising and presentation standards, promotes participation in loyalty programs and warranty/credit card enrollment, and ensures safety and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
