Anticipate customer requirements to drive sales through product recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold company merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote participation in company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention policies.
