Job Summary
Specialist – Apparel at DICK'S Sporting Goods delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers to understand shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products in footwear and apparel; supports onboarding and training of team members; serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories; drives sales through recommendations; maintains merchandising and presentation standards; promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to create a welcoming, athlete-first store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing environment (preferred)
