Specialist FMEA/DRBFM

Job Summary
Specialist FMEA/DRBFM role focusing on applying FMEA methodologies, building FMEA documents using boundary and P diagrams, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. You will interact with Engineering groups across Design and Manufacturing locations to develop and release FMEA documents, define and validate special characteristics, and support activities outside the final line operation. The position involves training, documentation control, and developing standardized templates to promote consistency across global procedures. Strong knowledge of FMEA processes, AIAG guidelines, and specialized FMEA software is required, along with excellent English communication for collaboration with engineers worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience in an Engineering/design or Process Engineering development area.
- At least three years’ experience, working directly on the creation, rating, release and maintenance of Design or Process FMEA documents.
- Proficient knowledge of specialized software for creation of FMEA documents, IQ-FMEA knowledge is a plus.
- English language level to communicate directly with Engineers worldwide and to write documents.
- Ample knowledge on the FMEA process methodology and technics, familiarity with the AIAG book.
