Job Summary
Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavor panels, manage consumable inventory, and prepare product samples while adhering to GMP/GLP standards. Schedule panellists using Outlook, maintain professional communication via phone and email, and purchase supplies with P-card reconciliation. Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and meeting productivity metrics. Requires at least one year of relevant experience, a basic associate degree or BS preferred, and authorization to work in the United States indefinitely. Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. in Winston-Salem, NC, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

- Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork
- Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation
- Communicates effectively with client staff members

- At least one-year relevant experience
- Associate Degree, BS preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
