Job Summary
Deliver finance assignments across four nine-month rotations through Business Unit and Corporate Finance areas to build breadth and domain expertise. Develop relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners to accelerate problem solving while identifying process improvements and enhancing efficiency. Support preparation of financial summaries and analyses for management, contributing to high-visibility initiatives that drive business decision-making. Develop rotational insights for the Steering Committee and senior leadership, synthesizing learnings to inform organizational strategy. Promote the use of GenAI tools to improve finance workflows and carry out duties in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ Years experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Tax, or Audit that is directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Commitment to completing all four nine-month rotations, including the required areas in Retail, Workplace, and Corporate Finance
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
