Job Summary
Execute inventory audit planning and distribution across internal teams and external partners, monitoring execution to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Proactively detect anomalies in audit processes, escalate issues to leadership, and create regular reports on reconciliation status and stock discrepancies. Prepare data sets for complex reconciliation cases, update ERP and CRM systems with audit outcomes, and collaborate with Customer Care and Sales Support to align schedules with operational priorities. Requires a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, hands-on inventory control experience, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Join IFCO's international team supporting the circular economy for fresh food transport.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or Logistics
- Strong understanding of structured processes and workflows
- Confident in creating reports, managing data sets, and working with tools such as Excel and reporting dashboards
- Strong ability to work accurately with numerical data
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience coordinating across internal teams and external service providers or field teams
