Job Summary
Conduct screening, triage, and crisis response for women, children, and families affected by family violence while delivering specialist interventions and risk assessments. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate referrals, coordinate allocations, and manage client records in the Orange Door CRM system. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to case management to support the recovery journey of vulnerable communities. This fixed-term full-time position is based on-site in Hastings, VIC, with a 12-month contract under SCHADS Award Level 6.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Social Science or related field
- Meet the Mandatory Minimum Qualifications (MMQ) requirements for Specialist Family Violence Practitioners
- A current and valid Employee Working with Children Check
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
