Job Summary

This role supports Navan Expense's compact yet dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer lives through real-time spend visibility and control.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector
- Critical thinker, thinking outside of the box and pushing for resolutions
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven ability to meet targets in a high growth and high demand setting
- Process driven, with a knack for automation and improvement
- Able to embrace change with flexibility and agility in a continually changing environment
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process launch and maturity
- Ownership mindset with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
