Job Summary
Plan and coordinate all logistics for Firm-sponsored events including conferences, seminars, roundtables, retreats, dinners, and receptions for clients and lawyers. Oversee the full event lifecycle from site selection and contract negotiation to menu planning, audio-visual setup, invitee list management, and post-event follow-up. Develop working relationships with venues and vendors while collaborating with lawyers and business services staff to conceptualize experiences based on client objectives. Execute electronic invitations, manage RSVPs, and contribute to venue databases and event calendars. Coordinate logistics with the Conference Services team for room and food setups, assist with client gifting and activity tracking, and manage tickets for client entertainment at venues like Northwest Stadium.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least six years' experience (excluding internships) in event planning or relevant professional environment
