Job Summary
Support Manager, Event Services in overseeing Event Services, manage volunteer program of 1,000+ individuals, oversee registration design and recruitment, lead communications with leadership and volunteers, organize volunteer apparel, training, and hospitality programs, coordinate creative projects with TOUR Marketing, assist with budgeting and expenses, and travel to other PGA TOUR Events to support pro-am, Am-Am, honorary observers, and charitable events; collaborate with event staff, PGA TOUR staff and vendors, and support activities pre-, during, and post-event.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sports Administration, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications)
- Minimum two to three years prior office management experience (required)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency (required)
