Job Summary

Develop and implement CAE's global ethics and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with the Code of Business Ethics, anti-corruption, privacy, and human rights regulations. Coordinate third-party due diligence, manage internal reporting and whistleblowing processes, and support independent monitoring to document exceptions and alleged violations. Serve as a point of contact for business unit managers to clarify policy roles, deliver training initiatives, and collaborate with HR on Code of Conduct administration. Monitor emerging legislative trends and assist with internal investigations related to business compliance matters. Report directly to the Global Leader, Ethics, Compliance and Privacy in Montreal, with potential travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in tasks or activities related to ethics and compliance in a corporate context in an international context
  • An excellent command of French and English (oral and written) and good writing skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing compliance programs (particularly with a view to simplifying systems and controls to suit our business)
  • Must be prepared to travel, if necessary

  • A certificate in ethics and compliance from a reputable institution
