Job Summary
Enterprise Support Specialist responsible for enabling the data life cycle of the Student Information System and district-wide solutions. Supports school-based and central office personnel with enterprise tools, conducts user support, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and facilitates data integrations and state report collections. Implements training programs, collaborates with business owners to identify requirements and enhancements, supports secure data collection and analysis, audits data for school operations and reporting, and ensures privacy of student records. Requires SQL proficiency, data dashboards, strong communication, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field
- Five (5) years of experience with databases and information management
- Experience with instructional design concepts and training facilitation
- Experience with data exchanges and designing data dashboards
- Knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of local, State, and Federal reporting requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality of student records
- Experience with web-based applications
