Job Summary
Manage small projects and drive major initiatives by organizing structure, ensuring clear objectives, and attending Project Control Group meetings to generate accurate reports. Lead project success through effective budget management, forecasting expenditure, and maintaining reasonable costs while utilizing JLL technology like Project Home Page and Prolog. Maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs, managing revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt, and introducing prospects to other business lines. Administer contracts for vendors and professional consultants in accordance with legal requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures. Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews to uphold excellence in delivery. Work collaboratively across ranks to promote constructive relations with superiors, peers, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in any property-related discipline
- At least three years of experience in design, construction or project management
- Expertise in the field
- Excellent budget management skills
- Ability to forecast expenditure
- Ability to ensure processes are within reasonable cost
- Passion and dedication to client satisfaction
- Ability to identify client needs, requirements and constraints
- Ability to introduce potential prospects to other business lines at JLL
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to manage project revenue and payment cycles
- Ability to avoid bad debt
- Ability to manage professional consultants
- Ability to carry out contract administration of all vendors
- Knowledge of legal requirements to protect commercial interests
- Ability to identify project risks
- Ability to implement measures to mitigate risks
- Ability to create project-related reports, analyses and reviews
- Experience with JLL technology including Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog and Atlas
- Attendance to Project Control Groups (PCG) meetings
- Ability to create accurate PCG reports
- Ability to drive the effective use of JLL technology
- Ability to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
- Ability to streamline reporting, communication and working procedures
- Ability to ensure every project has clear objectives in place
- Ability to promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients
- Ability to gain the respect of JLL staff, clients and the broader business community
