Job Summary
Execute Just-in-Time (JIT) warehousing strategies to maximize storage efficiency while maintaining appropriate inventory levels for essential consumables. Manage inbound and outbound movement of materials from multiple sources to support batch manufacturing, executing critical transactions in SAP and issuing purchase orders to ensure supply chain continuity. Drive process improvements by collaborating with formulators, engineers, and cross-functional teams to refine materials tracking and enhance operational reliability. Work onsite at the FLEx Center in Rahway, New Jersey, from the second Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in engineering, supply chain management, pharm sciences, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of drug product manufacturing or development
- Experience in materials management, warehousing, supply chain operations, or GMP manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of MES, SAP or other ERP systems
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a sense for identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions
- Shift 2nd Monday-Friday onsite required
