Job Summary
Senior or Specialist Engineer in the Marine Installation Engineering group, leading a multidiscipline project team focused on Marine Installation activities. Responsible for team deliverables including procedures and analysis, equipment and service specifications, planning and scheduling of marine operations, and management of internal and external packages. Regularly interfaces with clients on technical matters and participates in developing and implementing technical solutions relevant to the department. Engineers typically follow projects from start to finish, including offshore work, and participate in Quality and HSE activities. Requires leadership in project teams, ability to work independently, and strong analytical, creative, and solution-oriented mindset. Prior experience in installation analyses is advantageous; English is essential, Norwegian is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education from college or university (bachelor / master's degree) and / or other relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience from project driven business
- Experience from offshore installation or subsea operations is a plus
- Excellent English language skills – Norwegian is a plus
