Job Summary
Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment, visually inspect and package products; perform process functions, inspections, and tests; respond to and reset alarms; maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area; complete required paperwork in a timely manner; contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork; maintain certifications and adhere to safety policies while supporting shift needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or experience working for BD or embecta
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office
