Job Summary
Specialist, Digital & eCommerce (D2C) for APAC responsible for developing and executing end-to-end D2C strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand presence for JBL, Harman Kardon, and related brands. Manage D2C platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programs; balance offline retail and eCommerce; optimize user journeys, conduct A/B tests, analyse data, and identify omnichannel opportunities. Collaborate with in-country digital/ecommerce leads and distributors to drive KPIs, growth, and ROAS; lead gift-with-purchase and exclusive merchandise strategies; build and manage an e-commerce calendar, digital media plans, SEO, and performance reporting across APAC. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in D2C growth, familiarity with major eCommerce platforms, and travel willingness. Other responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless online customer experience, data-driven decision making, and staying updated on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving D2C growth
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing and analytics
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel
