Job Summary
Specialist DevOps Engineer responsible for deploying and operating Kubernetes-based platforms (Kubernetes workloads on Redhat Openshift and AKS), implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform. Will follow established patterns, apply RBAC and namespace conventions, ensure container image standards and vulnerability scanning, support Azure platform operations, and contribute to observability, incident response, and security practices. Collaboration with principal-level engineers, documentation and runbooks maintenance, and active participation in code and infrastructure reviews.

Desired Qualifications
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Solid Kubernetes experience in production environments; familiarity with Redhat Openshift or AKS
- Working proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code and ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments
- Practical experience with Azure services: networking, identity, and cloud-native tooling
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and the software delivery lifecycle
- Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and security fundamentals
- Clear communicator who works well in a team environment and takes direction effectively
- Experience migrating workloads to Kubernetes or working with on-premises Kubernetes deployments
- Familiarity with containerization strategies and best practices for legacy application modernization
- AWS experience or exposure to multi-cloud environments
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD)
- BTech/MTech/MCA education or equivalent
