Job Summary
Specialist DBA develops deep customer relationships to drive brand sales, deliver exceptional service, and grow a loyal client base. Responsibilities include exceeding sales and service targets, sharing expert product knowledge with the store team, maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors, driving brand sales through events and merchandising, performing floor recovery and price changes, communicating with personal clients about in-store events and merchandise requests, resolving customer service issues, and complying with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements. The role requires minimum two years in a commission-based luxury retail environment, high school diploma, and full bilingual fluency in French and English. The position is full-time at Holt Renfrew's Vancouver location with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers compensation with an hourly base plus commission eligibility and benefits.
Required Qualifications
