Job Summary
Specialist role responsible for design management and strategic/project planning for NYP Campus Masterplan and Campus Rejuvenation. You will oversee architectural and sustainable design, space planning, phased remodeling, end-to-end project management from inception through handover and post-construction activities, including budgeting, funding approvals, procurement, regulatory compliance, design review, and QA. Work with internal/external stakeholders to develop conceptual designs, evaluate sustainable design and space-planning solutions, review consultants’ and contractors’ proposals for quality and value, and contribute to BIM framework development. Expect coordination across multiple phases, dashboard/reporting for management, and ensuring safety and sustainability goals are met, with experience in public/developer environments preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Building / Architecture / Engineering (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- 6+ years of relevant experience as Space Planner, Architect or Project Manager
- Experience in sustainability, smart building solutions, and design for safety
- Knowledge of government policies and regulatory framework for development projects
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills
