Job Summary
Conduct daily facility rounds, notate operational adjustments, and place work orders for facilities and janitorial services. Coordinate external events, process forms, and manage room reservations while assisting with ad hoc facility requests. Support the Senior Director by compiling facility data, maintaining operational policy manuals, and serving as a liaison for food and vending services. Provide front-line customer service by answering inquiries, routing calls, and directing students to campus resources. Complete daily reports and gather data for enrollment campaigns and reporting measures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in customer service
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s)
- Must be able to work outside of a normal workweek schedule with non-traditional work hours such as 11 am-7 pm/12 pm-8 pm
- Successful completion of a background check and/or MVR check
- Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen
