Job Summary
Analyse transactional behaviour, profitability, and trends throughout the client lifecycle using SAS, SQL, and visualisation tools. Develop end-to-end models for customer behavioural analysis and predictions, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Perform data manipulation to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making and streamline operations. Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive understanding of requirements and solutions, while building relationships within relevant units to gather feedback. Liaise with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and respond professionally to ad hoc requests. Continuously explore ways to enhance business performance by analysing key profit, cost, and process efficiency drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: BMI - Business Management and Informatics
- Experience with SAS base
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL skills
- Visualization tools proficiency
- Ability to develop end-to-end plans and designs of models for customer behavioural analysis and predictions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to perform data manipulation and analytical techniques to provide insights and recommendations
- Ability to develop sustainable BI solutions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within relevant business units
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to communicate data driven insights to business analysts and/or business stakeholders
- Ability to respond timeously and professionally to ad hoc business requests
- Ability to enhance business performance by analysing key profit / cost / process efficiency drivers, key indicators, relationships and trends
- Thorough knowledge of products, systems, platforms and related reporting
